UNORail is a Signalling Design and Delivery organisation set-up by a group of highly motivated and experienced Rail professionals with significant experience in Signalling and Control System design and Construction delivery

Collectively, we have access to a team of over 50 qualified and accredited engineers – including MTM competency – with significant relevant local and international experience.
Expertise in signal design
We provide a full suite of consultancy services, including but not limited to planning, estimations, surveys, preliminary designs and application data design. Proficient in ETCS Level 1 and Level 2 configurations. Experienced in working with systems like MICROLOCK, SSI, WSP2G and relay based interlocking systems amongst others.
Demonstrated experience in developing, maintaining and commissioning various Train Management Systems. Design of complex control panels using various software tools. Proven capability to interface TMS and CTC with a variety of interlocking systems through Modbus and Genisys among others.
Testing and commissioning
We test and commission real- time Rail Solutions with 0% downtime and complete safety assurance. We follow the ‘V’ model, starting from requirement tracing to creating test plans, test strategies, performing FAT, I/O correspondence testing and the submission of type approval documentation that comply to RDSO and ASA standards.

Asia’s Biggest Electronic Interlocking
The provisioning of an Electronic Interlocking arrangement with Microlock II with 800 routes across 9 locations at Kharagpur Station. This is Asia’s biggest Electronic Interlocking with 44+44 Electronic Interlocking systems in a hot standby configuration.
Our Technical director (Indian OPS) was Engineering manager and took overarching responsibility of design, testing and commissioning of the Electronic Interlocking systems.
Gooty Dharmavaram Doubling Project
The conversion of an existing 132km single line into a double line and the provision of Electronic Interlocking systems.
Sub-contracted to deliver key design elements including the cable route and core plan, route control tables, with continous support until commissioning.
Other Notable Projects
Succesfully delivered multiple design and verification projects centred around book wiring, LCP design and application data design for various EI manufacturers. These projects were sanctioned by Indian Railways and ranged from 20 routes to over 400 routes
